Larkin Street Business & Property Owner Association
Among many merchant and business associations throughout the city of San Francisco, Larkin Street Business & Property Owner Association (LSA) is one of the newest – initiating its establishment in the Fall of 2015. The association is a volunteer managed, membership organization consisting of business and property owners and neighborhood stakeholders. LSA has filed the Association to be established as a charitable (nonprofit) organization early in 2016 and plans to have its 501c3 status by mid-year.
Our objective is to build, maintain and strengthen the voice of business and property owners in the region through the Association’s initiatives. As a coalition of neighborhood stakeholders, LSA will address corridor/neighborhood concerns and advocate for improved quality of life for all, work to preserve neighborhood culture and history and promote and support business success.
LSA’s formation partners consist of a number of engaged business and property owners within the LSA boundaries, city of San Francisco and nonprofit stakeholders. LSA would like to thank the following organizations for their support and partnership in the Association’s formation: South East Asian Community Center, Tenderloin Community Benefit District, Tenderloin Economic Development Project and San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
